Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY

At CLEARED Camps & Athletics, we work hard to provide quality programs and experiences for all scholar-athletes. Because space is limited and resources are allocated in advance, all registrations are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Camp/Event Cancellation: If CLEARED Camps & Athletics cancels a camp, clinic, or event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer fees to a future program.

  • Medical Emergencies: A partial refund may be considered if a participant cannot attend due to illness or injury, with written documentation provided prior to the event start date.

  • Early Withdrawal: Requests for withdrawal made at least 14 days before the camp or program start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Non-Refundable ITEMS

  • Registration fees, deposits, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for withdrawal requests made less than 14 days before the camp or program start date.

  • Travel, lodging, and personal expenses related to participation are the responsibility of the participant and are not covered under this policy.

 

Transfer & Credit Option

Instead of a refund, families may request to transfer the paid registration to:

  • Another upcoming CLEARED Camps & Athletics program (within the same calendar year), or

  • Another eligible participant (with prior approval).​
